M pace run tonight. I went out too fast and paid the price in the end. By the time I hit Birch Brush Hill I didn't have much left and really struggled to make it up. However, Once I was up I was able to muster enough strength to finish strong by building speed over the last 0.75 miles. Felt pretty good afterward and my calf and ankle are still holding-up. I hat to admit it, but maybe I really needed that time off to heal...
