Treadmill Tempo Run. 2 Miles building-up to T Pace (7:45/mile), 2 miles @ T pace, 2 miles @ E Pace (9:38/mi), felt good, was really able to push the pace when I focused on keeping my cadence up. I noticed that I had a tendency to over-stride as I increased the pace so I REALLY had to focus. The 2 mile cool-down @ E Pace felt like the toughest part of this run!
