Treadmill

Notes

Ran my pre-race intervals on the treadmill due to weather. Was feeling incredibly unprepared for my Half-Marathon on Sunday until this workout. I guess I'm as ready as I'll ever be. Hopefully the weather will be on my side on Sunday. If so, I should be able to set a new PR, no problem. For now, I'm firing on all cylinders. Bring it on!
