Woot!! Longest run in 3+ months. Mentally was thinking 8 at first, then really thought I'd like to hit 10, by the time I got around to the finish I was 0.2 from 11 so did just a little extra to get there.
Went all the way to Mooreheadville and down to Lewis (I think) towards the lake. The last 3 miles coming back were mostly uphill, tough.
Starting in mile 3, increased pace for the last 1/4 of each mile. Heel is holding up.
