all track laps, 30 of them (including warmup) - keeping the heel in check. It didn't do too bad
full sun, phew...probably started at 58 and got up to 68 in that hour+, I was feeling it by end. Planned 6.2, then 6.5 then settled on 7, did a "faster" last lap to finish
