hip/adductors reeaaally not happy! 1st mile: limp~walk (attempted shuffle jog- not happening!!) 2nd mile: alt limp~walk/shuffle jog. (marginally loosening up) 3rd mile: mostly shuffle jog/some walking (less limping)....last 200 yds, easy walking....but, after sitting for 10 mins, I'm back to limping!! walking around a bit, it loosens up, but as soon as I sit down for a bit, back to square one! thinking that I need to lay off running until the 18th or so...& maybe do a light test before picking up my DM pkt
btw: just got new pr of Saucony Jazz 8D! very comfortable!! wider width = happier toes!! not sure if I need to put my Superfeet insoles into these....may try that later
