Did a loop through the Indian Trail Path and then took the Gilman back. Honestly a beautiful day but just was still too concerned about my quad to fully enjoy it. Felt a lot windier than what the weather app said but whatevs. Felt like I was trying a lot harder than I should have been for this, felt like a grinder. Still just trying to recover from the past few days I think.
