Notes

On the schedule was a short very easy run in the morning with pick-ups in the 2nd run. Decided to run the pick-ups in the morning since that is when I normally have more time to run or like to get the longer workouts out of the way.

Started out the run very slow as the legs certainly felt the effects of the long run. Kept the pace very slow and easy. The splits for the middle miles might not reflect slow and easy, only because it included the pick-ups. Despite the pick-ups feeling slow as well, it was nice to open up the legs.
