I'm liking this pretty well and my bones don't hurt after doing it like the running has been lately. After a 15 min. w/u I cranked it up to a decent push for me of 15 for the next 45 min. I'm going 1:05 b/c I can't figure out how to get it to let me go a bit longer w/o re-setting. Am enjoying watching the property shows though. :)
