Gee whiz. I'm just going to say it's March, I hate winter, etc. etc. SO tired of cold. The usual blahs have set in. I've been sick for the umpteeth time this winter - just can't maintain. I need to figure out how to snowbird at least in March. Someday. At any rate, recovering not only from T/F, but also from getting sick during that . . . plus my decreased training. There are the excuses - here's the run.
At least I went outside! It was sunny. I wanted a sub 930 today and with the first 3 miles I thought I was good for it. CV to left at trail - past Green & Greenbrier to MKT intersection. Left to Forum. All was good and I didn't feel too bad - not great, but ok and the pace was satisfactory as long as I concentrated a bit. Got to Forum Hill and bogged down. Didn't worry about that, but then never quite recovered. Took a brief walk break at 4.89. Gee whiz. Ah well. It was something.
I just need the sound of sunshine to come on down!!!
