Ok, that was drippy even for me and Karen. It was raining when I got going, but then quit, but then looked like it was raining, but didn't hit the ground??? Kinda weird. Met Robin who had started earlier, and Karen at Forum. I had in mind 6-8 as I'm feeling PF in the left foot. Not wonderful, but not surprising after a long time off. Also, I was a bit tired and needed to be fresh to see Travis today! So, we ran around & it was ok. I'm happy enough with the 7 & it didn't feel that bad. It'll do. Hope to ride and or swim Sun./Mon.
