Easy run with Emma, Grace, Mia, Vicky, and Emily. We did crystal and it was a good learning experience for everyone to get to know the route. Didn't drink any water but felt better than I thought I would. Super great weekend with Straw, so nice to have him here. Looking forward to Aurora, I'll drink water for that
