Long run with Emma, Mia, Vicky, Grace, and another Grace in gross humid weather. I was not feeling good during this so tried to autopilot my way through the run. Stopped for water at the halfway point and actually felt better for a little bit. Went right back to bed after. Legs are feeling pretty beat up
