Long run at Busse with Emma B and Emily before I'm heading to champaign today. Emily is going to Wash U next year and their summer training is low mileage so we did 4 with her and then Emma and I did 6 more. It was hot and kind of a struggle at times but I really appreciated the company. Excited to see Leah today :D
