16min building warmup around blackwell. 7 hills (mixed it up between gravel and grass side) and then a 1+mi cool down. Nothing to crazy but still a solid use of the afternoon and a good way to work out some frustration after Saturday's nothingness. Hills were soft and sloppy which made them extra tough. I know they say that hills are speed work in disguise but I'm not sure that really counts for a workout this slow. Still, this was a good chance to get my heart rate way up and to make myself hurt really bad.
