90sec rest between intervals. By no means a great workout but that's okay. I wanted to follow up yesterday's hill workout with another "faster" workout. This fit the bill. Weather was terrible as well. 20mph winds and a rain/snow mix falling the whole time. Not exactly conducive to fast intervals.
I need to get in some interval workouts with other people. There's just a limit to how hard you can go on intervals when you only ever do them on your own. At least personally, in order to get past some of those barriers I need people to work together with (or a treadmill).
