Workout at Getz Family Gym (GFG):

3 x 5 Ring Pull Ups

2 x 10 Single Leg Squats (25 lb in each hand; on platform)

2 x 10 Reverse Lunges (65 lb; bar + 10 lb/side)

2 x 10 Squats (65 lb; bar + 10 lb/side)

2 x 10 Push Ups

First strength workout of the year, goals were to confirm no pain would occur in hamstrings and to establish form prior to adding additional sets/exercises.
