Easy recovery run today. Kept it chill, felt good. Splits were: 6:18, 6:09, 6:07, 6:08, 6:04, 6:00, 5:55, 5:54, 5:54, . Hips felt a lot better, getting them back in alignment little by little. They never bother me on the run, I only notice it afterwards mostly.
