Pretty easy day today, felt great, not much effort required. We did 800, 800, 400, 400, 800, 400, 3x200 with 90 seconds in between. Splits were as follows: 2:18, 2:19, 65, 65, 2:18, 63, 28, 29, 27. Warmup and cooldown averaged an easy 6:14pace. Hips were a little sore and felt out of alignment afterwards though. They've been feeling that way since Friday though.
