Notes

Decent run today. It was pretty hot when I ran. I stopped around mile 7 to eat a grapefruit bc I was so thirsty out there. Legs were a little sore from yesterday's hill run but not that much. It took me a little longer than usual to get into my normal groove today but I got the workout done which is all that matters. Splits were 6:15, 6:10, 6:04, 6:08, 6:03, 5:51, 5:48, 5:36, 5:29, 5:26, 5:21, 5:14. Pretty sore/tired right now as I'm writing this though.
