Notes
3.12 mile warmup (6:28, 6:26, 6:20), 5k (14:41.99) and then a 5k tempo (5:06, 5:03, 4:58), 1mile cooldown (6:02). Race didn't go as planned, so I did a tempo afterwards to get a good effort in. Just got stuck behind some slow guys who kept running slower and I didn't pass them even though I obviously should have. I kind of felt like I was in a cross country race and the pace felt like it too (comfortable) . Should have gotten out of my comfort and raced but on the bright side it felt like something I could keep up for 10k in the future. Changed out my shoes and did a tempo afterwards which felt comfortable as well.
