Notes
Okay run today, felt a little tired and sluggish. Splits were 6:23, 6:15, 5:55, 6:01, 5:59, 6:01, 6:20 (ran into the guys and ran an easy mile with them) , 5:55, 5:44, 5:41. Lower left leg still a little sore and right foot still sore as well. Nothing serious though.
