Good run long run today, my legs were a little sluggish and tired so it took me probably half the run to get into a decent pace. Splits were: 6:22, 6:16, 6:08, 6:08, 6:05, 6:08, 6:03, 5:58, 5:56, 5:53, 5:45, 5:47, 5:40, 5:24. Did 4x100m strides afterwards as well.
