Notes

Workout was so so. I felt really tired and crappy on the warmup so I knew it wouldn't be that great of a workout. I was planning on running a 4-mile tempo at 5:20 pace but I went out a little fast to start and I my legs were just really tight this morning and never loosened up. Anyways, I ran 5:13, 5:20, 5:14. And my warmup/cooldown was 5.1miles averaging 6:10pace. Im not really that disappointed, it's my first workout in a while so, oh well. I actually probably could have hung on for another mile but I just didn't want to push it because my legs felt really crappy.
