Decent run today, felt pretty tired, legs felt great though- just mentally tired I suppose. Breathing was a little crappy as well. Foot felt much better- I took some extra time to stretch and warm it up before I ran this morning which helped. Splits were: 6:42, 6:15, 6:04, 5:52, 5:42, 5:37, 5:38. No drills or strides today. Shoutout to @Quinoa_209 for actually updating the logs. That leg tho :’-(
