Notes

Super easy run today. Pretty tired this morning so I just chilled nice and slow. A few more days of this job and then I'll be getting better sleep and rest and my training will pick up overall. On the bright side it's sort of preparing me for doubles. Anyways hip felt a lot better today. Splits were 7:13, 6:51, 6:38, 6:27, 6:24, 6:12, 6:14, 6:10, 6:11, 6:06.
