Guessing on the distance, but it was definitely a good effort. Kept a high cadence going for 30 minutes, pushed a big gear for 10 and finished off with 20 more minutes of fast spinning.

Don't think the big gear was the best idea for my foot. Also, any "out of the saddle" efforts put too much pressure on the fracture area too. Guess I'd better stick to the spinning for now.

Looking forward to Biggest Loser and a beer...
