W/U: 200 swim, 100 kick, 150 pull

PE 75% I worked late and was rushing so didn't have time for my usual pre-swim snack. About halfway through the workout, hunger kicked-in but even worse, I started to feel light-headed. I'm pretty sure I bonked.
