PE 70% - It hurt to clip in on the right side (hip/groin soreness) I made an appt to see Dr. Malloy tomorrow. :Last year I had a similar issue and needed a hip adjustment (they were out of alignment) Am hoping after my visit I'll be good as new.
I'm going to attempt track tomorrow but I won't push it if I have pain. Stay tuned for the prognosis :)
