Worked late tonight and was pretty tired when I got to the lake and didn't really have it in me to be exact about the intervals. Instead, I did a 10 minute warm-up around 85 rpm, for 20 minutes I varied cadence between 95-105 and for the next 20 minutes I put it in a harder gear and kept cadence between 60-65. The last 10 minutes I did an easy spin to cool down
Shoulders and neck were sore today, Legs felt pretty good considering how much activity they did this wkend,
