I think this is my favorite place to trail run. It's just fun. I commented to Alan that I felt great today and how great it is to run without pain. We ran to Springer and had lunch. Took a bit too much time taking pictures and got a little cold. The turn on to BMT was warmer and the last few miles were fast and fun.
