Great trail day with Alan! Clear a bit cold but sunny enough to warm the air and us too. Ran one of the nicest parts of the AT in GA near Devils Kitchen. Pretty green tunnels of Rhododendron and Mountain Laurel. more running today than hiking. Felt good with no aches or pains. About froze snacking on my YooHoo after the run though. Raynaud's??
