Notes

Main set was 5 x 600 m @ VO2max pace. Since I"m on the indoor track (1 lap = .2 miles) I did .4 miles which is a bit over the 600 m, but it's cool. I was a bit sporadic on these. I would have liked to kept them more even, somewhere around 2:11-2:12
