Notes

My legs were dragging a bit...didn't feel quite as fresh as I have in recent workouts.

On the treadmill portion, I did some "hill" work. Miles 1 & 2 were at 4% incline; mile 3 was at 1% incline; then mile 4 was back at 4% incline. I went up 648 ft in those four miles. Not bad.
