Went to Fresh Pond with Todd for the Saturday morning race. Plan was not to push too hard because I have an MP long run tomorrow. Of course, I couldn't help myself and ended up running 6:56 pace for 2.5 miles. Didn't feel too bad, either. Jogged a second lap to get in some miles and cool down.
