Notes
Workout for today was 16 miles with 12 at marathon pace. Goal was 8:00ish. Planned an 8-mile loop around Sudbury that I would do twice. Was a little worried because I ran hard yesterday, but workout turned out to be manageable. I did the full 12 mile marathon pace section with no stops (even kept running to drink). Was tired by the end but overall not as hard as expected.
