Notes

Marathon-pace workout today. Plan was 13 miles with last 8 at marathon pace (8:00). Blaine did it with me, and we did the hill. The hill itself was tough, but once we got to the top it wasn't too bad. We did stop for water 3 times. Finished the 8 miles at 7:40 pace. Not bad.
