Last strength workout! Did 4 x 1 mi in 7:25, 7:18, 7:19, 7:05. Felt pretty easy. Let loose on the last one since it's the last repeat of this training cycle.

Right calf felt fine. I've been stretching and using a therapy ball religiously, maybe that helped. I was really worried about it.
