Boated with Paul Rink to the aid station at Island View to catch the leaders of the Lake Sonoma 50. Then met up with Diane and Skip for a run back to the finish line. This was a mistake. My hip was really bothersome from the start. And I foolishly ignored the pain while almost racing with Skip to the finish. I'm wising up, starting tomorrow.
