run to KK, did 411 with extended woodloop finish, then end of 1200 loop, running home from there. stopped 3 times to work out cramps, but tried to keep the stops to 20ish seconds. felt pretty good besides the light cramping, my knee felt a little strange at one point when i slipped in the mud. longer run tomorrow with pat.
