Beautiful night. Only an hour after eating half a Merichka's poorboy and some fries. The effort was easy enough but my stomach didn't care for the food in there. Tried to run at an easy quick pace and I would say I succeeded. I wish an easy quick was a 7:45 but I'll take the 8:07 Probably would have been different on an less full stomach. 5K on Saturday I'm going to set my goal at 7:18 and stretch to 7:10 and hope I land in the middle.
