88 degrees; 75% humidity; dew point 79 and heat index 103!!
Another good humidity acclimation run. Really had to push that last mile. took water at mile 4 and again at 6.5. Felt hot but never overheated. Any faster than this pace and I don't know how I would have been. Hoping the 10 mile race and the 1/2 are on cooler days.
