With Insanity being done I'm back on the pavement. Tough day to come back for sure. Heat didn't really catch up to me until about mile 2 that last mile and a half was a little rough but I feel great. Love the way my new body feels as I slice through the air and glide across the pavement. I'm going to do Insanity again this winter when the weather starts getting bad and mix it up with XC Skiing.
