This workout (5 x 600m) went OK - I was aiming for about 5:45 pace, generally a bit faster than that.
Unfortunately I have a bit of a cough / cold. Not sure whether to take a couple of easy days.
Looks solid, the whole block of training is looking impressive...

Thanks very much. I don't really know why 5 x 600m @ 5K pace is a good thing at this point (not that I have reason to doubt it either) - I'm just following the plan and doing what it tells me!
