Really good workout: 6 x 1,000m @ 5K pace, with 400m recovery jogs. Pushed it, but kept it under control. Was aiming for 5:45 - 5:50/ mile pace, and generally achieved that without having to muscle through the workout or suffer too badly.
Right hip a little sore to begin with. Went away, but came back with a vengeance on the jog home. I don't think it's anything to worry about at this point.
