Treadmill

Notes

A nice quick workout on treadmill following yoga. Started out feeling pretty sluggish so warmed up easy for a half mile. Then ran 3x8:30 and then a slow half mile warm down. 8:30s (sadly) feel quite fast but I won't deny that it felt good to knock off a few (relatively) quick miles. Wasn't sure I even could anymore.
