Notes
I will hesitantly say that this run went pretty well. By "well" I mean better than usual in the last couple of months but not the same kind of "well" as before. By this I mean that it was an improvement over my recent running in that I plodded through it with no real problems thanks to 4 Advil over the few hours we were out there. Slow and steady with a couple of rare moments of feeling pretty fine. Not bad.
Tony met Diane and I at Gray Pine - nice surprise! - and ran the first few miles with us before turning back. He did experience a tweak in his hamstring before splitting off from us and of course blames me for what has now turned into a bit of an injury. Lisa the Jinx. That's me. I think since I cannot run well right now I must be infecting my friends with the same problem ;)
