Notes

Rather unorthodox 6 miler today. Ran through downtown 2, then remembered I had to pick up van keys for the workout tomorrow morning because facilities isn't open on Saturdays. Turned around and ran to facilities and picked up the keys. Ran the keys to Regents and then headed back out for another 2 to get 6 for the day. Legs didn't feel particularly great, calves are really tight. Definitely feeling the work from the week. 'Twas good to take an easy day.
