Notes

pre-practice drills then 2 sets each of glut med band lines, 15 reps of LHD single leg, hip ext and hip glut med with the bands.

After the bike was finished did 3 sets of 12 reps each of cable deadlifts with 80 lbs, walked 2 laps then did the planks/side planks I had forgotten to do earlier.
