Out for an easy jog this morning. Nice morning; a little wind but nothing major.
Start off nice and easy and not planning on getting in a hurry with anything. Do plan on doing 2-2.5 miles at HM race pace toward the end on tired legs.
Splits: 8:14/7:47/7:33/7:38/7:35/7:31/7:36/7:41/7:43/7:41/7:40 for first 11 miles.
2.5 miles at HM race pace = 6:27/6:28/6:25 for .50 miles
Finished up with 8:00 for 1/2 mile, then 8:19 c/d mile back to the gym parking lot.
